Unfortunately, it's not my catch. My friend Maria, another middle aged broad who loves to fish, bagged this one the other day near Ottawa. I have to give her honorable mention here. She is my fishing pal after all, but she is not satisfied with 12" perch. Nooooo, she has to go for the wolves of the lake, pike. By the way, she said that this one was 27". Good looking fish!
Oh well, bass season opens next weekend. This where it's going to get interesting.
